WHAT YOU MAY DO
- Download and run the official, unmodified MC Parrot app and website, free of
  charge, for personal use.

WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
Without prior written permission from the copyright holder, you may not:
- use the software's code, in whole or in part, in any other software or product;
- copy, modify, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create
  derivative works from it;
- redistribute it, in source or binary form, modified or unmodified;
- sell MC Parrot, or build a paid product or service out of it.

The published website necessarily serves its compiled code to your browser so
that it can run; being able to download that code grants you none of the rights
listed above.

Want to license it commercially? Ask — a commercial licence can be granted.

THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
MC Parrot ships together with a few components written by other people: an MP3
encoder, an FFT routine, and the shells that run the app on Android and
Windows. They are listed in credits.html, each with its licence. Those
components are not covered by this licence: each one stays under its own.
Nothing above limits the rights their licences give you. In particular you may
replace the MP3 encoder (the separate file lame.js, under the LGPL 3.0) with
your own version of it, and study the app as far as needed to make that
replacement work.

YOUR MUSIC IS YOURS
The recordings you make with MC Parrot, and the music the app generates from
them, belong 100% to you, including for commercial use. Publish, release, and
sell your own generated music freely, with no permission or attribution
required.

Feedback (bug reports, ideas) is welcome. Code contributions are not accepted.

This licence applies retroactively to every version of MC Parrot, including
copies shared privately before it was written (up to beta 3.08). Those copies
were previously released under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0; that
grant is withdrawn, to the extent the law allows, and replaced by this licence.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
